About

Our founder, Shaun Walters (BSc MRICS), has been a prominent figure in the commercial market for the last 40 years and takes great pride in delivering personal and forward-thinking professional services to clients in Berkshire and across the wider Thames Valley area.

Shaun’s career began in London, where he gained invaluable experience working in the commercial market, before returning to Reading to become a Partner at Chesterton International.

In 1991, Shaun founded Holt Walters, a company that quickly became one of the most successful practices in the region. In 2010, Holt Walters merged with another Practice that eventually became Parkinson Holt, further expanding its capabilities and resources.
